Kim Kardashian And Kanye's Divorce Papers Released: Here's What They Say

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce documents reveal the estranged couple is not yet separated.

The documents, viewed by the Daily Mail, show Kim and Kanye’s official separation date remains “to be decided” in the eyes of the court. However, the paperwork, filed on Kim’s behalf on February 22, shows the reality star cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason why she’s divorcing her estranged husband after nearly seven years of marriage.

Although the separation date has not been confirmed yet, Kim and Kanye did put a prenuptial agreement in place for their marriage.

In addition, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who is worth an estimated $800 million, also requested spousal support be terminated as an option for either party in her divorce from the “Stronger” rapper, who is worth roughly $1.3 billion.

What’s more, Kim’s divorce petition revealed she has filed for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's four children: North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1.

As previously reported, a source close to the estranged pair told PEOPLE that one of the driving forces behind their breakup had to do with their differing opinions on raising their children.

The couple’s impending divorce comes after months of ongoing marital issues, which seemed to intensify when Kanye announced his run for the presidency last summer. Things took a bizarre turn from there when Kanye alleged his wife and mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, attempted to have him committed.

In recent months, the couple had sought counseling in an effort to save their marriage but clearly to no avail.
