Parts of northern New York felt a minor earthquake yesterday morning.
The U.S. Geological Survey says the 3.6 quake hit near Adams Center, in Jefferson County.
Residents said it was strong enough to shake houses and the ground. Several aftershocks followed, but there were no reports of significant damage.
